The 15th Inspiring Chinese Language Teachers Awards is now open for nomination. This award is organized by Lianhe Zaobao, Singapore Chinese Middle School Teachers’ Association and Singapore Chinese Teachers’ Union, with the strong endorsement of MOE, and sponsored by the Lee Foundation. This award aims to give due recognition to the deserving Chinese Language Teachers who have shown exemplary efforts towards the teaching of the Chinese Language and culture. All winners will receive a trophy, cash prize of $500 and an educational trip to China. Since its inception in 1998, the Awards have received overwhelming response from school principals, teachers, parents and pupils.
 
If you would like to nominate your son’s Chinese Language Teacher for this Award, please collect a Nomination Form from the School Reception or download it from www.zaobao.com. Please deposit the Form into the “Inspiring CL Teachers” box located at our school reception by 31 January 2012. You can also submit the Form directly to the News Centre by 3 February 2012.
